Instructions (Print version)  1. Trim neutral cardstock to 5.5" x 8.5" and fold in half to create card base. 3. Stamp flower design onto each tag in a different place using stamp press and white ink. 4. Embellish stamped designs with Rain Dots at flower centers. Punch hole and tie a bow of string on each tag. Adhere tag trio to card front and add a foam adhesive dot at the top of each tag for extra dimension.  6. Cut a smaller circle from center of border punched circle.  7. Cut a smaller circle from white cardstock using template or circle cutter.
