Designer: Valerie Salmon During any gift-giving occasion, personalized notecards are gifts that anyone of any age can appreciate. I look forward to the rare hand-written notes I receive in the mail. Learn how quick & simple it is to make these with a minimal amount of product. I also provided a similar notecard design for those who have a little bit more time to spend on this great gift idea. It will be a treasure to anyone who receives it!

QUICK & SIMPLE CARD
 1. Use a pre-scored, top-folded 4 x 5 1/2 white card as the base.
2. Adhere a 4 x 5 1/2 blue patterned paper to the front of the card.
3. Place a 1 1/2 x 5 1/2 striped paper horizontally across the card.
4. Layer a 1 x 5 1/2 of pink patterned paper over the striped paper.
5. Add a 1/2 x 5 1/2 of dotted paper over the pink paper.
6. Adhere a green large scallop circle on the center of the card using a foam adhesive.
7. Print circular text on white cardstock, then punch with the 1 1/2 circle. Add a glitter flower and brad in the center. Adhere over the green scallop circle using foam adhesive. MODERATE CARD
 1. Use a pre-scored, top-folded 4 x 5 1/2 white card as the base.
2. On a 1 x 5 1/2 of blue paper, edge one long side with the Clouds paper edger. Adhere horizontally approximately 1 from bottom edge of card.
3. On a 1 x 5 1/2 of green paper, use a rotary scallop blade for one long edge. Then use a Clouds paper edger to cut the other long edge. Place over the blue scalloped strip.
4. Place a 1 1/2 x 5 1/2 striped paper horizontally across the card.
5. Layer a 1 x 5 1/2 of pink patterned paper over the striped paper.
6. Add a 5 1/2 strip of blue patterned paper, both long edges cut with a Clouds paper edger. Zig-zag stitch in place as shown.
7. Adhere a blue large scallop circle on the center of the card using a foam adhesive.
8. Print circular text on white cardstock, then punch with smaller scallop circle. Add a glitter flower and brad in the center. Adhere over the blue scallop circle using foam adhesive.  BAG TOPPER
Cut a 4 1/2 rectangle the width of your cellophane bag. Score and fold length-wise. Scallop one long edge of the topper. Add a 1 pink strip across. Stamp the sentiment on green paper. Punch with a small scallop circle and adhere to the bag topper using foam adhesive.
