Live Well Card

• Required supplies:
• Tape Runner
• Craft Mat
• Fiskars Flowers -1 Shape Template
• Light yellow and light green cardstock
• Tan script patterned paper by Amscan
• Brown stamping ink
• Tan chalk
• “Live well. Laugh Often, Love Much” rubber stamp by Inkadinkado
• Yellow button
• Foam mounting tape

Instructions (Print version)

Create a 5 ½” square card from yellow cardstock.

1. Cut a 5 ¼” square piece of green cardstock. 
2. Use the Round Photo Corner Punch and punch each corner of the green piece.
3. Cut a 4 ¾” square of the tan script patterned paper and adhere to green piece inserting corners in the punched slots.  Adhere entire piece to front of the card.
4. Cut a 2 ½” x 4 ¼” piece of yellow cardstock. 
5. Punch each short end of yellow piece once with the Elegance Border punch making sure to center punching. 
6. Chalk edges of yellow piece with tan and adhere to left front of card. 
7. Use the Ultra ShapeXpress, Craft Mat and Flowers Template to cut a green cardstock flower.  Chalk edges with tan.  Adhere to left front of card. 
8. Adhere a yellow button to center of flower. 
9. Stamp sentiment with brown ink onto a piece of yellow cardstock. 

Cut into a block and chalk edges with tan.  Mount to right front of card with foam mounting tape
