Instructions (Print version)

Cut two pieces of 6 x 9 chipboard and adhere them together to make a sturdy board.
Adhere a 6 x 9 red cardstock to the front.

Trim a green cardstock to 6 x 9, then punch all four sides with the "lace & lattice" border punch.  With micro tip scissors, clip off the outer border (see photo).  Adhere it to the clipboard.
Trim a 5 x 8 red cardstock, then punch all four sides with the "quilted corners" border punch.  Remove the outer border using a pair of micro tip scissors.  Adhere it to the clipboard.

Add a 6 x 1.75 patterned paper strip horizontally on the bottom of the clipboard.  Wrap ribbon around it.  Place a flower, button, safety pin, and "joy" word on it.
Cover a large binder clip with patterned paper.  Clip it on the clipboard.  Double-knot three types of ribbon and tie on a jingle bell.
Optional:  Cover the back with a 6 x 9 green cardstock piece.
