- Required supplies:
- Pink and White Cardstock
- Ice Blue patterned paper (Simple Sponge) by Making Memories
- Fiskars 3-in-1 Flowers Punch
- Fiskars Tape Runner and foam mounting tape
- “Stroked Daisy” rubber stamp by Delta Rubber Stampede
- Black embossing powder
- Versamark ink by Tsukineko
- Watercolor brush and black, green, blue and pink dye stamping ink
- Blue button and White string and White grosgrain ribbon
- Pink safety pin by Making Memories
Instructions
(Print version)
- Create a 5 ½” x 4 ¼” card from pink cardstock with the fold at the left.
- Cut a piece of white cardstock slightly smaller than the front.
- Use the 3-in-1 Flowers Corner Punch and punch a daisy in each corner of the white piece. Adhere to front of card.
- Cut a 3 ¼” x 4 ¼” piece of blue patterned paper and adhere to front of card.
- Snip each corner of the blue so daisy punches at corners show.
- Cut a 4 ¼” x 2 ¾” piece of white cardstock.
- Use the Flowers Border Punch and punch along one short edge.
- Use the Versamark ink to stamp flower image on white piece above the border punching. Heat emboss with black embossing powder.
- Use a watercolor brush and color the flower image using dye inks and water. Let dry. Adhere to front of card.
- Thread a blue button with white string and adhere to center of flower.
- Wrap a piece of white grosgrain ribbon around front pieces of card and knot toward left side. Trim ends.
- Thread a pink safety pin through knot.
- Stamp sentiment onto white cardstock with black ink and tear out.
- Use the watercolor brush and blue ink to color edges of sentiment. Adhere to front of card with foam mounting squares.
