Hello!  My name is Doris Sander and I'm delighted to help bring the Fiskars experience to you this month.  I have been pursuing this paper hobby for 6 years now and appreciate the creative and social outlet it brings.  I always analyze the packaging of my scrapbooking product before throwing it away.  The packaging for the chipboard shapes immediately captured my attention and inspired me to make this mini-album for my son.  It's a show and tell book that he can take to his preschool class so he can share his summer vacation adventures with his friends. The Fiskars paper edges that I used in it are one of my favorite tools.  They come in several classic styles that really help to soften the edges of my designs.  After creating the mini-album for him to take to school, I realized that I needed to make a back to school gift for his teacher.  As a teacher myself, I know how much teachers appreciate feeling appreciated.  I made this quick and easy gift set with some of my scraps and I know his teacher is going to love it.  I hope these projects spark your creativity.  You can find more of my creative process on my blog:  www.sanderdk.typepad.com
