Birthday Cupcake Gift Bag

• Required supplies:
• Fiskars ScrapBoss Embossing System
• Fiskars Tape Runner
• Fiskars 12” x 12” Themed Festive Stencil Set
• Pink, yellow and blue cardstock with a white inner core
• Silver and Lavender cardstock
• Pastel Cardstock Scraps (for punched candy sprinkles)
• White 5” x 9” gift bag
• Other: 7/8” white sheer ribbon, pink button, foam mounting tape, A variety of matching ribbons, sandpaper

Instructions (Print version)

1. Cut a  piece of lavender cardstock just slightly smaller than front of gift bag (make sure a small border of white gift bag shows along all edges. Adhere to front of bag.
2. Cut a piece of pink cardstock (with a white core) 4” x 8 ¼”.
3. Use the Elegant Fountain Embossing Border Punch to punch along both long edges of the pink piece.  Lightly sand over punching and embossing.  Adhere this piece to left front of gift bag.
4. Wrap top of pink piece with white sheer ribbon and tie a bow.  Wrap several pieces of pastel matching ribbon around center of bow and trim ends. 
5. Place a button in the center of the bow.
6. Use the ScrapBoss Embossing System and the Themed Festive Stencil Set to emboss the cupcake.  Emboss the frosting onto pink cardstock, the candle onto blue, and the flame onto yellow cardstock (all with white core). 
7. Cut out around embossed pieces about 1/8” from embossing.  Lightly sand all embossing. 
8. Cut a piece form the silver cardstock to become the cupcake bottom and run through the paper crimper.  Lightly sand crimped piece.
