• Required supplies:
• Adhesive: Fiskars Tape Runner
• Rubber Stamps: Hero Arts - Artistic Upper Case (LL829)
• Ink: Tsukineko, ink - Brilliance Graphite Black
• Card stock: DCWV Match Makers Textured Card Stock Light blue & Orange
• Patterned Paper: DCWV The paper Stack Light Blue & Yellow
• Sheer Creations 7/8” sheer Ribbon

Instructions (Print version)

1. Cut White Card stock 5 1/2 “ x 8 1/2””.  Fold in half to create a 5 1/2” X 4 1/4” card.
2.  
3. Trim a piece of the Light Blue card stock 5 1/2” X 4 1/4”.  Attach to the White card.

5. Using the Template and the Ultra ShapeXpress Cut out the Double Round Tag in the Orange Card stock and the Yellow Patterned paper.  Also cut out the Middle of the Small Circle on the tag using the Medium Circle on the template.

7. Ink the out line of the Patterned paper tag using the Mango Madness ink. (You just want to add a shadow effect)
8.  
9. Cut the orange card stock tag to create the handle on the rattle.  Attach to the Yellow patterned paper.  Punch two holes and attach the sheer ribbon.
10.  
11. Cut a two inch strip using the decorative edge on the Tags-1 template.  Be sure that you strip is 2” x 4 1/4”.  Ink the outline of this strip using the Sea Breeze ink.  Attach to the right hand side of the Light blue Card stock.
12.  
13. Using the black ink and the alpha stamps stamp the word “BABY” on the lower right hand corner of the card.
14.  
15. Attach the rattle to the card.
