good things card
By Annie Weis
This simple but sweet card is perfect for your smallest Valentine’s gifts. Tuck a gift card in the card, and send it to a friend. Your friends will love your gift, your card and most of all – you!
Stamp a wrapped gift on white cardstock, using the stamp from the Put on Your Party Hat. When the stamped image has dried, color the wrapped package image with red pencil. Punch out the stamped image with the medium round squeeze punch.
Punch out a second circle out of the Love Blossoms Hearts with Glitter paper with the large round squeeze punch. Trim the circle around the edges with a scallop edger.
Cut an 8x6 inch piece of white cardstock. Fold in the middle to form a 4x6 inch card.
Cut a 7 ¾ x 5 ¾ inch piece of the Love Blossoms Hearts with Flocking paper. Glue the Hearts with Flocking paper on the white cardstock and fold.
Print out the phrase “Good things come in small packages” on white cardstock. Trim into a strip and glue the strip to the front of the card.
Glue the matted stamped circle image on the strip with 3-D glue dots.
Print out the phrase “Happy Valentine’s Day” on white cardstock. Trim out the valentine’s greeting on a 3 ¾ x 5 ¾ cardstock and glue inside the card.
