Directions: 1. Use the circle cutter to cut a 5.25in diameter circle from the Party Gifts paper. Attach to the side of the tag and trim away the excess. 2. Cut 4 strips from the orange fabric using the rotary trimmer. Arrange in a star pattern and attach to the tag with green brads. 3. Stamp the Décor Stripe paper with a stitched tag stamp with turquoise ink. Cut around the tag with scallop scissors. Attach to the left side of the card and trim the excess. 4. Stamp “happy day” in the center of the tag in black ink. 5. Tie pink ribbon to the top of the tag.
