1) Take mini-album out of packaging and untie teal ribbon. Cut TEAL ribbon in half. 2) Cut 2- 2” x 6” strips of Brown (Paisley Park) paper. This will be the foundation to attach the straps. 3) Cut 2- 1” x 2” strips of Teal-istic paper. 4) Adhere Teal pieces approx. 1” from each side of the 6” brown strips. Have the teal positioned ¾ of the way down and fold the remaining over the top of the brown. 5) Punch 2 holes vertically in each Teal segment- (use Fiskars 1/8 hole punch). 6) Fold end of TEAL ribbon (add a little adhesive if needed) and place over 2 holes. Attach mini-brads through Teal ribbon, Teal-istic paper and brown paper. Do not try to attach brads through the mini-album. 7) Repeat step 6 until all 4 ends of the Teal ribbons are attached to the 2 Brown strips. These are the purse’s handles. Be careful to keep them as even as possible. 8) Cut 3/8” x 6” strips of Berry paper. Adhere along bottom edge of Brown strips covering front and back covers. 9) Open your mini accordion album so that the pages are set up as Valley, Mountain, Valley, Mountain…. 10) Once the 2 Brown strips have the handles attached, strongly adhere strips to the mini-album. Attach 1 strip to the front cover and wrap excess around. Attach 2nd strip to back cover. Because the inner page is attach in a particular way you’ll have to wrap the excess around and then trim it a bit so that the page will still move easily. 11) Cut 3 – 4” x 8” strips of Paisley (Brown) paper. Fold in half and crease. Have 2 pockets show one pattern on the outside and 1 pocket show the opposite – just for variety. Unfold and cut off ¼ inch from one end. Fold back together. Use circle punch to punch a half circle from the shorter side. This will let you see the inside of the pocket a bit. Apply a thin strip of adhesive to inside edges and seal closed to create the pockets. Attach the 3 pockets to the “mountains” of the mini-album. 12) Cut 3 – 3”W x 4”H pieces from In a Roundabout paper. These will be the tags. Attach Tab stickers to one end. Set aside to place in pockets once mini-album is complete. 13) Adhere 4” x 4” papers to remaining spaces; trim as needed to fit and be sure the album can open and close easily. 14) Take each flower punch/die-cuts (3) and place brown side down on Dot Texture Template. Use Embossing Stylus to emboss the dot pattern onto the flower. Lightly sand brown side to reveal the white core of the paper and bring out the dot pattern. 15) Adhere center circles on flowers as sample shows. Adhere on pages of mini-album. 16) Cut 2 – 1 ½” x 4 strips from In a Roundabout paper. Place cream side down on Vine Texture Template. Use Texturing Tool and Stylus to emboss pattern. Lightly sand cream side to reveal the white core of the paper and bring out the vine pattern. 17) Adhere to pages. This is just a decorative element that you can place where you want. 18) Cut 1- 3”x 3” square journal block from In a Roundabout paper. Ink edges (optional) and adhere where desired. 19) Place tags inside pockets. 20) Apply Chipboard Paisley shapes on covers between handles. Add photos as desired. 21) Tie Mum’s the Word ribbon around outside of mini-album.
