1. Cut a 4" x 12" rectangle from the Gifts Patterned Paper, and adhere it to the left side of the Decor Words Patterned Paper.
2. Cut two 4.5" by 6.5" rectangle from white cardstock and adhere them to the Decor Words paper. One should be about 1/2" from the bottom and .75" from the right side. Line up the second rectangle above the first.
3. Adhere photos to white cardstock photo mats.
4. Cut a 4" x 4" square from the Glitter Dots paper, and round the two bottom corners.
5. Adhere this piece at the top of the paper, centering it over the borders where the two patterned papers meet.
6. Adhere two chipboard hearts to the left side of the glitter dots square.
7. Apply a photo border sticker along the edges where the two patterned papers meet.
8. Apply two more photo border stickers along the first one.
9. Round the two right corners of a yellow label from the cardstock punchouts and adhere it coming out from behind the chipboard hearts.
10. Spell out the word "one" on the yellow label using cardstock stickers.
11. Apply the words "happy birthday" above the photos using green cardstock stickers. Follow the curved line of the words on the patterned paper.
12. Apply a photo border sticker along the bottom edge of the top photograph.
13. Apply stickers to the sides of the photos that relate to the action that is going on within them.
14. Use rub-ons to embellish the stickers
