Making Paper Hats With Kids

Instructions: 1. Punch circles using Squeeze Punches. 2. Attach flowers to six of the circles. 3. Using newspaper or solid gift wrap, construct paper hat. Fold 24” X 36” paper in half to 24” X 18”. Fold corners on folded side to center. Fold bottom 2” up on each side. This makes a very large hat, so scale down if you like. I added some staples near the top to allow a huge hat that didn’t cover my daughter’s entire head. 4. Adhere name to front. 5. Adhere circles and Rain Dots all over. 6. Cut some thin strips, fold in half, and staple to the point at the top.
