Fabric Scrap Monogram "S"

*Fabric scraps can be used to create a fun and colorful monogram initial. OR piece together more than one letter and create a whole word! 1. Create template for your desired monogram initial. In the example, I used an “S”, which was created by printing a 750 point bold “S” in century gothic font. 2. Use template to trace letter onto canvas. Trim letter from canvas. 3. Pin fabric scraps to canvas letter, overlapping and allowing scraps to extend past edge of letter. 4. Machine stitch along edges of letter, securing fabric scraps. 5. Use pinking shears to trim along edges of monogram initial.
