Fabric Scrap I Love You Card

*Use your extra fabric scraps to create a fabric embellishment for a card, layout, or just about any paper crafting project! 1. Trim brown cardstock to 10 inches by 7 inches. Score and fold in half for 5x7 card base. 2. Trim 7 inch by 1 inch strip of C9 patterned paper. Adhere to bottom of card. 3. Place various border stickers at top of patterned paper. 4. Trim 5 inch heart from any scrap of cardstock, using Ultra Shape Express tool. 5. Lightly adhere various scraps of fabric to the heart, overlapping them as you go along, and allowing them to hang off the edge of the heart. If needed, further trim down fabric scraps using rotary cutter, ruler, and cutting mat. 6. Machine stitch along edge of heart shape and also along edges of fabric. 7. Use pinking scissors to cut off excess fabric from edges of the heart, and to reveal heart shape. 8. Adhere heart to the card, along with “I” and “you” from monogram stickers. Embellish with small heart from alpha stickers.
