Fabric Scrap Coasters

*Create custom coasters using fabric scraps left over from your last home décor project! 1. Trim canvas, batting, and muslin to 6 x 6 inches. Set Aside. 2. Piece together and pin fabric scraps to form a 6x6 inch square. Stitch together along seams. 3. Layer batting then musling underneath fabric scrap square. Pin together and topstitch to the sides of each seam. 4. Place right side of quilted fabric square and right side of canvas together – so right sides are touching. 5. Machine stitch around edge, using a ½ inch inseam, and leaving a small portion open to flip coaster. 6. Flip coaster, turning so it is right side out. Stitch remaining portion closed. Machine topstitch around edge.
