Embossing Border Punch - Icing on the Cake

Twinkle Twinkle - Extra Large

1. Cover Styrofoam cone with white lightweight paper, glue stick overlapping ends to secure. Paint napkin ring white. When dry, apply hot glue to rim of napkin ring and adhere to bottom center of cone.
2. Trim Jingle Dots Red cardstock into 2.5” strips. Create a decorative edge on one side of each strip with ‘Icing on the Cake’ Embossed Border Punch (see back of package or website for complete instructions ). Use scissors to cut strips into rectangles, making sure to clip between solid areas of punched border. With bottom row applied first, glue shapes (punched side down) to con, overlapping edges. Continue till the top of the cone is covered.
3. Punch 2 stars from white cardstock…layer both stars, fold points downward and glue to top of tree.
4. Embellish Tree with Rain Dots and Snowflakes.
