ShapeTemplate™ Tool - Circles-1 w/Scallop Border

1. Card: Cut out 1-4” circle from Luster Bright Red cardctock, and 1-4” circle from Luster Bright Green cardstock. Create a decorative edge around green circle using ‘Antique Elegance’ Embossing Circle Border Punch (see back of package or website for complete instructions ).
2. Adhere green and red circles on top of card slightly off center, so that a portion hangs off the left edge. Trim off excess with scissors. Add Alpha Stickers to center of green circle.
3. Embellish outer rim of red circle with a black outline and white dots.
4. Envelope: Embellish envelope flap with a green border strip using ‘Icing on the Cake’ Embossing Border Punch.
