1. Using bookworm template, cut 2 from green felt. 2. Punch circle from cardstock; use negative as template for small circle to be cut from white felt. Cut 2. 3. Cut 2 smaller circles from black felt and adhere to white felt circles. 4. Adhere eyes to worm (either side of head). 5. Hand stitch smile for mouth to each half of worm. 6. Pin worm together (wrong sides in) and blanket stitch around border of worm shape. 7. Using bookworm template, cut 2 tufts of hair from orange felt and adhere to top of head. 8. Cut 3/8” x 9” strip of orange felt; glue around neck; and snip ends for fringe. 9. Adhere button to scarf if desired.
