Directions 1. Paint an 8x10in canvas light blue 2. Trim fabric to 8x7.25in with the rotary blade and attach to the canvas 3. Embellish a frame from the cardstock punchout set with a row of orange rubon hearts and attach to the lower right corner of the canvas. 4. Attach a tag to the bottom left of the canvas. Embellish with a sticker and a ribbon. 5. Using cardstock letters, spell out the word baby. 6. Attach a 3x2in photo above the letters. 7. Place 3 heart stickers to the right of the photo.
